Peter founded GFM back in 1989 and has served as CEO ever since, managing the company and all of its various brands ensuring that we operate efficiently and sustainably.
Peter has worked in the customer contact industry for over 30 years and therefore brings invaluable experience and knowledge to the team. Away from work Peter enjoys; supporting his two favourite football teams West Ham and Colchester, watching cricket and making the occasional bet.
About
Louise is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all our contact centres, as well as delivering a sales and service strategy for the company as a whole.
Louise joined us from a well known international travel organisation where she held a similar role and has extensive experience of site management within various multi-national customer focused organisations. Louise has particular expertise in; resource planning, quality assessment, implementing business improvements and leading and developing teams to achieve results.

Noel is our Head of IT and has worked for the GFM group for 25 years.

Liam joined GFM in July 2017 as a Marketing & Communications Manager and is now Head of Marketing.

Justin joined GFM ClearComms in July 2017 as Contact Centre Manager and now serves as our People Services Operations Manager providing practical support to all our staff members, helping them develop and learn within a challenging but enjoyable environment.
Away from work Justin enjoys; keeping fit and mentoring young adults for a national charity. Justin’s claim to fame is that he is featured in an academic sales book as a top 10 global sales guru. A little known fact about Justin is that he is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Kris joined GFM as Training Manager in January, 2014, where he is primarily responsible for co-ordinating and managing the delivery of training for all GFM employees.
Kris has worked in the customer contact industry for over 8 years so brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Away from work Kris enjoys; fishing, watching Formula One and spending time with his family.

Mo joined GFM in March 2014 as Team Leader and is now a Key Account Manager, where he is responsible for proactively developing the team’s service levels and successfully driving conversion rates by optimising call routing. Away from work Mo enjoys; keeping fit, snowboarding and playing football and badminton. A couple of little known facts about Mo is that he has completed a marathon and once attended boxer Amir Khan’s birthday party, which was attended by a host of celebrities including; Ryan Giggs, Paddy McGuinness and Graham Norton!

Deia joined GFM ClearComms in January, 2017 as an Account Executive and is an Operations Manager, where she is responsible for overseeing the performance of some of our contact centres who work on behalf of key clients
Deia studied Linguistics and English Language at the University of Essex. Away from work Deia enjoys; walking her dog Lola, yoga, reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Deia’s claim to fame is that she can easily finish off an extra large Papa John’s pizza on her own.

Abigail joined GFM ClearComms in November, 2016 as a Marketing Executive, where she is responsible for overseeing our group, affiliated brands and external clients social media channels and websites, writing press releases, creating blog posts and email campaigns.
Away from work Abigail enjoys; interior design, running her personal blog, reading, gym and going on long walks with her Dachshund, Basil.

Tanya is responsible for managing all aspects of the Holiday business – from newspaper promotions to direct.
Tanya has worked within GFM for over 10 years, in varying roles, and has extensive knowledge of the GFM business as a whole.

Anthony joined GFM in June 2011 as Data Planner and is now Project Coordinator for GFM ClearComms, where he is responsible for fulfilling client’s digital marketing and promotional campaign requirements.
Away from work Anthony enjoys; socialising, going to festivals, travelling and spending time with his family.

Gavin joined GFM ClearComms in January 2017 as Workforce and MI Manager, where he is responsible for planning efficient delivery of SLA commitments with our clients from mapping the call delivery to producing the schedules to ensure coverage.
Gavin has over 12 years’ experience in forecasting and planning and therefore brings invaluable experience and knowledge to the team. Away from work Gavin enjoys; producing music, supporting his beloved Liverpool and watching most sports.

Tom joined GFM in May 2014 as an Outbound Sales Agent and is now Retention Team Leader for The Times, where he is primarily responsible for Managing and leading a team of retentions agents ensuring they hit and exceed key KPI’s.
Away from work Tom enjoys; playing football for Old Heath Barbarians, watching his beloved Arsenal and travelling the world. Tom’s claims to fame are that he has met Thierry Henry and spoke to Theo Pathitis on the phone. A little known fact about Tom is that he got to the final 10 in the Samsung Salesperson of the Year Awards in 2010.
