Justin joined GFM ClearComms in July 2017 as Contact Centre Manager, where he is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day office affairs and coaching his team to ensure they consistently perform and provide the best possible customer service.

Away from work Justin enjoys; keeping fit and mentoring young adults for a national charity. Justin’s claim to fame is that he is featured in an academic sales book as a top 10 global sales guru. A little known fact about Justin is that he is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Leadership & Management.
