ClearComms Announces New Senior Management Appointments

We are therefore delighted to announce two new integral staff appointments to our GFM ClearComms leadership team…

Louise Locke has been appointed as our Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all our contact centres, as well as delivering a sales and service strategy for the company as a whole. Louise joins us from a well known international travel organisation where she held a similar role and has extensive experience of site management within various multi-national customer focused organisations. Louise has particular expertise in; resource planning, quality assessment, implementing business improvements and leading and developing teams to achieve results.

Melanie Dommann has been appointed as Head of Client Services and Commercial and will be responsible for the management of the Client Services team to ensure effective and excellent delivery across the Group’s diverse client portfolio. Melanie will also be supporting existing contracts and helping to maximise repeat and new business from within the existing accounts. Melanie brings with her, two decades of sales, account management, customer experience, sales operations and leadership experience. She has worked within organisations ranging from multi billion dollar Global entities to SMEs, where her client base ranged from local businesses through to FTSE 100 companies.
