COVID 19 – Message for Our Customers and Community

At GFM we recognise how challenging these times are for everyone, in what is one of the most uncertain times that this country or world has faced.

As always, our priority continues to be our staff wellbeing, alongside creating, supporting and continuing to deliver quality services to our clients.

GFM made preparations for this situation as early as the first week of March by protecting vulnerable staff, initiating social distancing and stopping non-essential visitors. Within weeks we had 95% of our teams deployed safely working from home, across every level of our business. This now continues into April and due to the skill of our IT team we work without interruption and can provide a remote solution for as long as necessary.

Our work with non-profit and private organisations continues and we still have the ability to on-board more customers using our proven home working functionality. Our unique modular training functionality enables us to train newly recruited staff both remotely and safely.

GFM will continue to keep all staff safe and each one of our customers happy.
