Dean joined GFM ClearComms in April 2017 as Contact Centre Operations Manager for The Sun, where he is primarily responsible for maintaining all aspects of customer service for the client and driving positive contact outcomes for his team.

Away from work Dean enjoys; watching films and motor sports, coaching his local rugby team and doing martial arts training. Dean’s claim to fame is that he placed 2nd in a local strongman competition in 2015.
