Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of great importance to us at GFM ClearComms, and is at the core of everything that we do. We are committed to operating in a way that is sustainable, minimises our impact on the environment and gives back to our stakeholders and local community.
As a long-established, industry leading business we realise we are in an extremely fortunate position and therefore look to use our success as an opportunity to help others. Below are some examples of ways in which we do this:
We always look at ways to reduce our energy usage and waste production. An example of this is our drive towards paperless communications, which has enabled us to significantly reduce our printing and carbon footprint. We also encourage recycling throughout the office.
We hold ourselves to the absolute highest ethical standards throughout all of our business activities and our employees are measured against these principles. Our code of ethics and associated policies highlight our stance in relation to key ethical subjects and are available upon request.
At GFM ClearComms we are proud to support a variety of UK charities, including Children in Need and Jeans for Genes. We make donations to these organisations because we truly believe in the amazing work that they continue to do. We also regularly hold internal fundraising events.
Our interest in the charities we support goes beyond financial donations and we have and will continue to donate our time and expertise to these great causes. Examples of this are us offering free call centre outsourcing services for Children in Need during their renowned annual telethon.
